Privacy policy

This policy explains what Live IT Consulting Group collects when you use this website, buy or try NeverLapse, and when the Software checks its license.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and company name, and the name and billing address you give at checkout.
  • Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, the last digits and expiry of the card for display, and invoices; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • License check-ins: license key, an installation ID, server name, Software version, the number of certificates and hosts configured, and the IP address the check-in came from.
  • Website use: standard server logs (IP address, pages, time). We use one cookie to keep you signed in to your account; no advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not collect the contents of your configuration, your domain names, credentials, certificates or private keys. They stay on your server.

How we use it

To provide and bill for the Software, validate licenses and enforce plan limits, send you license keys, sign-in links, receipts and important service notices, give support, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your personal information. We may email you about product updates; you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, under contract: Stripe (payments and tax), our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records for as long as you are a customer and as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Check-in details for the life of the license plus 12 months. Server logs for up to 90 days.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in your account, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@liveitcg.com. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account or license key has been exposed so we can issue a new key.
