What counts as a certificate?
One certificate entry in the console, however many names (including wildcards) it covers. *.example.com plus example.com is one.
And a host?
A server, appliance or agent the console deploys to. A Windows server with several IIS sites is one host.
What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?
Everything keeps working to the end of the paid period. After that the console stops accepting changes, but automatic renewals keep running for another 30 days so nothing expires by surprise.
Does it need internet access?
It checks its license once a day and keeps working for 14 days without a connection. Fully offline sites can ask for an offline license (Enterprise).
