Who counts as a tech?
Anyone with a sign-in to your NeverLapse RMM server, admins and site-limited users alike. Disabled users don't count.
Are devices limited?
No. Monitor and support as many machines as you like on every plan.
What does "Your own branding" change?
Your company name, logo and colour on the RMM and on the remote-support agent your clients see, instead of NeverLapse.
What does "Hosted by LiveIT" mean?
We run the NeverLapse RMM server for you. Without it you install the server yourself on Windows, Linux or Docker.
