Refunds and cancellation

Try first

Every plan can be tried free first, so please use the trial to make sure NeverLapse fits your environment.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in your account (Billing). You keep full use until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email support@liveitcg.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Renewals and later payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we've made a mistake. Refunded licenses are deactivated.

Downgrades and upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
