First sign-in and Get started

The console walks you through setup with a checklist that ticks itself off.

Open the console

Setup opens it for you at the end. Otherwise browse to https://<server name>/ (add :<port> if you didn't use 443).

With the self-signed certificate Setup made, your browser warns that the connection isn't private. That's expected on a new install: continue to the site, and later give NeverLapse a real certificate (it can issue one for itself; see Web server certificate).

Create the first administrator

The first time the console opens, it asks for an admin email and password (at least 8 characters with upper case, lower case, a number and a symbol). This page disappears once the first account exists.

Every NeverLapse user has the same access; there are no roles. Add your colleagues later under Users.

The Get started checklist

Get started is at the top of the menu. Each step ticks itself off when it's done, however you do it, and the next step opens on its own.
