Branding

Put your company name, colour and logo on the app and on remote support.

With the Branding add-on (included in the free trial) NeverLapse RMM carries your brand instead of ours.

Under Settings › Branding set:

  • Company name: shown in the app and on remote support.
  • Remote support name: what your customers see on their machines for the remote-support service and window (for example Contoso IT Remote Support).
  • Colour: the accent colour of the app.
  • Logo and icon: PNG or JPG. Used in the app, the browser tab and the remote-support screens.

Saving applies the branding to the web app at once. NeverLapse then updates remote control (MeshCentral) on your server to match: its title, pictures and the name of the remote-support service. Machines pick up the new name when their remote-support part next updates (within about 30 minutes).

Without the Branding add-on, or when a license lapses past its grace period, the app shows NeverLapse branding; your settings are kept and come back when branding is licensed again.
